NOVEMBER 1ST
Cooperative members notified via mail
that board of directors unanimously
recommend a plan of merger.
NOVEMBER 19TH
Cooperative members receive special
mailing including notice of meeting, plan
of merger, articles, bylaws & ballot.
NOVEMBER 20TH–DECEMBER 16TH
Cooperative members cast vote and
return ballot in postage paid envelope
to respective cooperative. Mail ballots
early to allow ample time for postal
delivery. Ballots received via mail after
December 17th will not be counted.
DECEMBER 17TH
Last day to receive ballots by mail.
(Must be received by 4 pm at your
cooperative’s office.)
DECEMBER 18TH
Special meetings held to approve the merger and count ballots.
